Bedrooms and Bathrooms - Room 1: King bed with bold decor and private en-suite bathroom - Room 6: King bed with a serene, modern ambiance - Rooms 2, 3, 4, and 5: Each with two double beds, offering flexible arrangements All 5 bathrooms are modern and functional, with walk-in showers and elegant tile designs. Amenities and Access The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, and coffee maker, while the rooftop has a BBQ and outdoor dining setup. Portable fans, wine glasses, and high-speed WiFi are included for your comfort. Guests have full access to all areas of the house, including a secure keypad entry system.

If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm. We must be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed.
