-- PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ OUR HOUSE RULES BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION -- + Extremely important: Within the property and building, it is not allowed to consume, buy, or sell any kind of illicit substance for Mexico City. + No smoking inside the property. + No events or parties allowed. + Loud music is prohibited at all times. + It is forbidden to remove makeup or any substance with the bath towels; if any towel is stained, the respective charge will be applied. + Please respect the neighbors on the street and in the building. + When entering or leaving the property and the building, maintain silence to avoid disturbing the neighbors. + Please keep the entrance door closed at all times. + Check out time: before 11:00 am. + In case of any mishap, please contact your HOST first. IDENTIFICATIONS, VISITS, AND EXTRA GUESTS: + The guest responsible for the reservation must send a photo of their ID at least TWO days before the arrival, as well as those of all the people who will be staying with. IDs for minors are not required. + Notify the HOST of the approximate time of arrival at the apartment, since it is required to personally receive the guest. -If the guests arriving at different times, it is IMPORTANT to notify the HOST of the approximate arrival time of all guests, as they must be greeted in person. + VISITS ARE NOT ALLOWED. *** If the IDs of the guests are not sent at least two days in advance, entry to the building or the apartment will not be permitted.***
