Main Level The entry level welcomes you with a spacious living area, open-plan kitchen, and dining table for eight. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer beautiful city views from the balcony. This floor also has a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a laundry area, a guest bathroom, and a service bathroom. Lower Level The lower level includes a cozy TV lounge with a 70" smart TV and a large desk, perfect for remote work. Here, you’ll find two bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds, each with private bathrooms. An additional maid’s room with its own full bathroom offers flexibility for larger groups. Rooftop Terrace The rooftop is designed for dining and relaxation, with a Weber BBQ grill, dining table for eight, hanging chairs, and ambient string lights. A guest bathroom and storage area make this an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy panoramic city views. Additional Details This penthouse includes three dedicated parking spaces, midweek cleaning, and complimentary wine. Please note that portable fans are provided in each room, as there is no air conditioning. While rare, there may be a slight odor in the downstairs bathrooms due to building infrastructure, though it does not affect the overall functionality.

If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs a the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm. We must be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with guests
