Bedrooms Each of the five bedrooms features high-quality bedding and comfortable mattresses, perfect for restful nights after a day of exploration. Room 1: King bed, a cozy retreat with ample space Rooms 2, 3, 4, & 5: Two single beds in each, offering flexible sleeping options Outdoor Terrace A bright terrace with a skylight serves as a central gathering spot. Relax on lounge chairs, play a round of ping pong, or simply enjoy the fresh air in this open, social space. Kitchen & Dining The fully equipped kitchen comes with all essentials for preparing meals, plus a coffee station for mornings. An adjoining dining area with seating for the whole group makes it easy to enjoy meals together. Bathrooms There are three bathrooms: a spacious main bathroom with a bathtub, and two smaller bathrooms, each featuring a shower and sink. Note: Due to the water heater being a bit unstable and lower water pressure in Mexico City, the water temperature may fluctuate and may require occasional adjustment. Thank you for your understanding. Additional Amenities Each room includes a portable fan to keep you comfortable. There’s no AC, but the city’s pleasant climate often makes it unnecessary. Practical Details Guests have access to a lockbox for easy check-in, but only one set of keys is provided, so group coordination is recommended. The layout includes several stairs and small steps, so accessibility may be limited for those with mobility needs. Please note that there is no washer available for guest use, though laundromats are conveniently located nearby. The home is in a lively area with nearby nightlife, so guests sensitive to noise may want to bring earplugs, particularly for the loft room, which is closest to the activity. This home is a charming, group-friendly space for an authentic Roma Norte experience!

Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. - No tents or structures are allowed to be set up on the property grounds. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with guests
